Group Exercise Class Descriptions

HIIT
High-intensity cardio and strength intervals alternating with brief rest periods.

Beginner’s Yoga
Enjoy an introduction into Hatha yoga, stretching and breathing through a variety of yoga postures to release physical and mental tension. Participants should feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor in this mat-based class.

Bootcamp
The workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that focus on both resistance and cardiorespiratory training.

Total Body Conditioning
This complete workout combines cardio and strength exercises.

Step
This cardio class uses steps to keep you challenged and may include strength and core exercises on an adjustable platform.
