Greetings Barefoot Lakes Residents!
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking forward to providing you and your neighbors with high-quality care and customer service as we embark on management of The Cove in 2023. The Y has served Northern Colorado for more than a century, and today, we have five facilities throughout Northern Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyo., as well as HOAs in Boulder, Weld, Larimer and Broomfield counties. We are thrilled to bring The Cove into our Y family.
As the Director of HOA Operations, I am dedicated to listening and responding to your needs. While The Cove is a public venue, we know that you and your neighbors have a vested interest in the facility. We will take every measure to ensure the residents have top priority when it comes to the spaces we are managing.
We will be in continuous communication with Pinnacle Consulting, Brookfield Development, and this board as we assess policies to bring the Barefoot Lakes residents a superior and safe experience.
