The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of The Management Trust as the new community management provider for Barefoot Lakes.

The board made its selection after careful analysis of the District’s needs. Management of our District is essential to the success of our community and the Board is excited to have a dedicated, high-quality, and experienced partner.

Effective January 1st, 2024, The Management Trust will begin to perform all community management services including fee billing, covenant enforcement, design review, and resident communications.
